Waste Not Want Not

I would show this work to students when introducing an installation project, or to any student working with COLLECTING.In Chinese artist Song Dong"s installation Waste Not Want Not, which I saw at the Barbican Center, the artist used the contents of his mother"s house ( and she kept EVERYTHING) in Beijing, sorting and categorizing the contents down to the last toothbrush.
